Getting Started

So you have decided you finally want to take the leap and start doing this CrossFit stuff everyone seems to be talking about but are wondering, “How do I start?” Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Titanium CrossFit  is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular classes. These include a total of four one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches.

Step One: Sign-up for a FREE assessment and Intro to CrossFit Workout

This one-on-one session is designed to help you understand how we approach CrossFit, and why we approach it this way, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a CrossFit workout. You will gain instruction in some of the basic movements, and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual.

Step Two: Sign-up for our First Month Introductory Package

Following the FREE one-on-one session, each person is required to take an additional three sessions with one of our coaches. These are for all people new to CrossFit, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These one-on-one sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and setting you up for success when you enter the group classes. The one-on-ones will be scheduled with one of our trainers at a time that works best for both of you.

Step Three: The rest of your first month is FREE!

After completing your final three one-on-one sessions you are welcome to join the classes for the remainder of your first month at no extra charge! You will now have a basic understanding and set of skills that ensure your safety while participating in our classes and give you a running start at success with our program.

CrossFit

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit can be described as functional movements performed at a high intensity over broad modal domains. It could be described as a workout that uses Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and endurance training to produce fantastic changes in fitness level and body composition.
What is CrossFit to us?
It's a community of people that supports one another in their fitness goals. It's someone to cheer you on when you feel like you just can't continue with your workout. It's someone to share laughs with after you have both finished a workout that you previously thought impossible. It's a family that enjoys challenging themselves.

CrossFit for Beginners

In CrossFit for beginners we teach the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit and gear the workouts towards the new comer to CrossFit. Instead of focusing on the intensity of the workouts we focus on learning the movements of CrossFit, building your confidence in them and working on the consistency of good technique. After completing our beginners program you will have developed the skills and confidence to join our intermediate classes without being intimidated or fearful that you are unable to "keep up". CrossFit for Beginners is designed to give you a running start at our intermediate classes and builds the foundations for your success within our CrossFit program!
